Nick is the Director and Chef and has a great talent for creating delicious fresh Greek food.  He has grown up with Greek food and has a passion for it.  He creates some of the finest authentic Greek dishes and you will never know this if you don't try.

ADINA

Assistant Chef 

Adina is from Volos in Greece and is also passionate about Greek food and the Bistro.  She works part time here. She is another valued member of our team.

Presenting all the staff that work at Olive Affaire, we all are very enthusiastic about the Bistro and the service that we provide.  

 

Our kitchen team are Nick the Chef and Adina his assistant.

 

We all have our own jobs and responsibilities and we take our work very seriously so that we can provide a unique service for our customers to make them feel at home and provide them with high quality fresh food.
